Our councillors are elected by each class. They stand for half a year. Part of their role is to run Class Council Meetings and report back to the Council. They help the teachers and Academy Committee (Governors) improve our school.
In their words:
‘The job of Ogbourne Council is to improve the school by finding out what the children want. We ask for everyone’s opinion on what they want to change to make the school better. We will also do work to help look after the environment as part of Eco Club with Mrs Virgilio. We also want to make sure children enjoy worships and we will work with Mrs Crump and Mrs Ramsden to do this.’
